Andy Bloch
Professional Poker Player and Speaker Andy Bloch
A MIT graduate and member of the famed blackjack team, Andy Bloch is one of the most knowledgeable in terms of poker game theory and psychology.
Andy Bloch began playing poker while attending MIT at Foxwoods Casino in 1992. There he focused on playing small buy-in tournaments and by the end of the year he had won one of No-Limit Hold'em events at the World Poker Finals.
In 1997, Andy Bloch skipped the final week of law school classes to take part in his first World Series of Poker main event. Despite passing the BAR, Andy Bloch placed his law career on hold in favor of playing poker.
Since then, Andy Bloch has used his incredible intelligence and reading ability to place himself at a pair of WPT final tables and numerous tournament victories. Andy also runs the un-official WPT fan website and is a member of Team Full Tilt. Andy recently signed on to release a Blackjack strategy DVD with Expert Insight.
