Jeff Madsen Signs with Poker Royalty for Worldwide Poker Marketing Representation

Poker Royalty, the premier poker marketing and player representation agency, announced today it has signed Jeff Madsen, 21, the youngest player to ever win a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet and also the youngest player to ever win 2 WSOP bracelets. Poker Royalty will exclusively represent Madsen in all areas of poker-related marketing, including online gaming endorsements, speaking engagements and other areas to capitalize on his success at the 2006 WSOP.

Although Madsen’s professional poker career began only five weeks ago, he has already made four final table appearances and captured two bracelets at this year’s WSOP. Remarkably, Madsen’s final table appearances have come in four different events: No-Limit Texas Hold’em, Omaha High-Low 8 or Better, No-Limit Texas Hold’em Short Handed, and Seven Card Stud High-Low 8 or Better. In his most notable performance, Jeff beat Poker Royalty client Erick Lindgren heads up for his second bracelet in the Short Handed event. Madsen, who has already won over $1.4 million, was just named the 2006 WSOP Player of the Year. Madsen currently sits fourth on Card Player Magazine’s Player of the Year standings to Poker Royalty client Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi, Poker Royalty client Phil Hellmuth, Jr. and Shannon Shorr.

“Given our strong relationships with the world’s biggest gaming companies, Poker Royalty is ideally situated to identify the numerous poker-related sponsorship opportunities available to someone with Jeff’s outstanding poker accomplishments,” said Chris Porter, Director of Corporate Marketing. “We look forward to bringing Poker Royalty’s breadth and depth of domestic and international resources to our relationship with Jeff and are excited by the prospects this partnership offers.”
