David Williams, born June 9, 1980,  is a professional poker player and popular Magic: The Gathering player who also competed on Season 7 of the popular FOX cooking show MasterChef, where he finished as co-runner-up.

Williams currently holds the #4 spot on the “Texas – All Time Money” list with $ 9,300,766 in recorded tournament cashes. Amongst those tournament cashes, David’s largest cash came during the 2004 WSOP Main Event when he finished runner-up to Greg Raymer and took home $3,500,000 for his efforts.  Williams was most recently seen in the wildly successful Season 1 of Poker After Dark: Game of Gold.
